No Bad Limit on Trout Through June 9

6-6-2019
OR Department of Fish & Wildlife Staff

Stocking has been completed at this pond for the season. However there are still trout available and before we close the pond for improvements on June 10, we’d like anglers to come catch all the trout they can. So there will be no bag limit on trout through June 9.

This pond is located inside EE Wilson Wildlife Area. To get to it requires a 1/3 mile hike from the parking area. It was stocked the week of March 4 with about 900 hatchery trout. The daily bag limit is 5 trout per day, with only one fish over 20-inches allowed.

A parking permit is required and one can be purchased online or at any ODFW office.
