Big Hungry
Captain Adam and the New Lo-An returned this morning with limits of Bluefin (62) between 60 and 90lbs for their 31 anglers. For these Bluefin trips, please remember to bring a light, medium and heavy setup as well as a variety of different size hooks.
Upcoming offshore trips:
Departing Wednesday night:
The T-Bird has an overnight trip departing at 7pm. Ticket price is $225 and includes your Mexican fishing permit and bunk.
Departing Thursday night:
The New Lo-An has an overnight trip departing at 9pm. Ticket price is $225 and includes your Mexican fishing permit and bunk.
The Chief has a 1½ day trip departing at 7pm. Ticket price is $350 and includes your Mexican fishing permit and bunk. THIS TRIP IS A DEFINITE GO! Only 5 passengers booked at this time
Departing Friday night:
The T-Bird has an 1½ day trip departing at 8pm. Ticket price is $350 and includes your Mexican fishing permit and bunk.
Departing Saturday night:
The Chief has an overnight trip departing at 7pm. Ticket price is $225 and includes your Mexican fishing permit and bunk
The Game Changer has a Bluefin Tuna special going on during the month of June. Booked a private charter 1½ day trip for $4800 (Reg price $5850) or book an open party trip for $800 per person. Check out the Game Changer at https://gamechangersportfishingsd.com/
Upcoming Local Trips:
The 1/2 day boat Point Loma departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $52 for adults, $42 for seniors or active duty military and $37 for juniors. Return time is between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. A California fishing license will be additional. No passport required for this trip. The Point Loma is now offer two trips a day on Friday's and Saturday's. Departure times are at 8:30 am and again at 3:00 pm.
The Mission Belle is scheduled daily for Full Day trips to the Coronado Islands. This trip will be targeting Yellowtail, Bonito, Bass and Rockfish. A VALID passport book or passport card is required for all passengers going on the trip. Ticket price includes your Mexican fishing license, tourist visa and biosphere bracelet.

The Point Loma called in with 60 Rockfish, 1 Whitefish, 2 Sheephead and 1 Sculpin for their AM 1/2 Day trip. The Mission Belle called in with 74 Red Rockfish, 5 Calico Bass, 25 Whitefish, 70 Rockfish, 1 Sheephead and 5 Sculpin on their Full Day trip.
