The Pacific Queen called in with 50 Bluefin Tuna (60-90#) with a great sign of fish for their 1.5 day trip.

The Dolphin AM caught 154 Rockfish, 8 Sheep Head, and 15 Sculpin for 25 anglers.

The Dolphin PM caught 94 Rockfish, 16 Sculpin, and 7 Sheep Head for 27 anglers. 

The Tomahawk called in with 15 Bluefin Tuna  (50-80#) and they reported seeing a great sign of Bluefin.

The Liberty finished with 28 Bluefin Tuna (60-90#) on their overnight charter with fish in range of the Full Day trips.

The Shogun returned this morning with 27 Bluefin Tuna for their 3 day trip. 

June 2nd, 2019

The Dolphin afternoon trip has 110 Rockfish, 10 Sculpin, and 1 Sheephead for 68 anglers.

The Dolphin morning trip had 156 Rockfish, 14 Sculpin, and 1 lingcod for 58 anglers.

The Liberty called in with 9 Bluefin Tuna 50 to 80 pounds and still fishing.

The Royal Star has 14 Bluefin Tuna to start their day and they're fishing in full day range. 

The Condor returned this AM with 9 Bluefin Tuna (50#-80#) for 37 anglers on their 1.5-day trip. 

The Tomahawk returned this AM with 11 Bluefin Tuna (60# to 80#) from their 1.5 day.

The Pacific Queen returned this AM with 10 Bluefin Tuna (25# to 140#) on their 1.5 day.

Recommended tackle for these Bluefin trips should include a 25# outfit for kelp patty Yellowtail, a 40# live bait setup with a 1/0 sized circle hook and fluorocarbon, a 50# sinkered bait outfit, and a 60 or 80# flatfall jig setup rigged with fluorocarbon! These past few days, the schools of fish these tuna boats are chasing down can range from 25lbs to well over 100lbs!
