Fishing is Heating Up

Rusty

Fishing is heating up and we are having a great season with multipliable species being available in our local area.

Not much going on at Lake Mohave, I have been hearing of some action near the dam but it has been slow.

The bite below the Davis dam is your best bet for now. The casino area has been a good spot for some of the rainbow trout while the community park area is producing a few limits of trout and an occasional striper.

I have been getting some great news of some striper action in and near the Nature Center. The Topock marsh channel catfish are being landed.

Hopes this helps for now and a reminder our local striper derby is coming up. This is a community event with the public encouraged to come on out and visit with our local anglers get into our raffle we have some great prizes hope to see you in soon to share that catch and thanks for all of your support
