Fishing has improved this past week with the rising water temperature. Striper fishing has been better, and we have been seeing more and more anglers coming back with big stringers close to their limits. Even the shoreline fishing has picked up and a lot of stripers have been caught to the right of the marina and near the end of the dam. Fishing has been good this past week, it just have been tough to plan a good day to come because of the wind. We have still been open to launching most days, you’ll just have to brave the wind. Striper fishing has been steady, and most catches have been coming on sardines, anchovies, blood and lug worms. Nightcrawlers have been working better as of late too.
