The bass bite is picking up again. The bluegill, crappie and catfish bite is incredible! The weather out here this last week kept a lot of anglers away so the diehards cleaned up. Bass are 10-15 feet off the shore. El Captain is now open 5 days a week!!!

Catfish Bite is Incredible
El Capitan Reservoir29 anglers checked and releases 144 bass this weekend. The largest weight 6.1 pounds and 20 inches long. The bluegill and crappie are biting and nice in size. The catfish bite is incredible! Average size 20 pounds. Catfish were being on just about anything that was thrown out! ...... Read More
