Consistently slow in conditions that mirrored yesterday. Excellent weather is making for a fine time of it. Overall, as usually is the case in these zones, time at the rail, line in the water is the key to success. One bait at a time, one fish at a time, waiting for that one shot at a jumbo size fish that makes it all worth while.

Beginning to feel the pending finale we are settled in to the zone but plan to mix it up tomorrow looking for something different. It's worth a shot. Photo for the day features Royal Star veteran and good friend Mike Shannon with his "mid grade" 165 landed on the kite.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4764 to get in on the action.
