Reservoir is Spilling

Access is available via Fish Creek Road outside of Bly. This reservoir is spilling and should have a lot of holdover rainbow trout. Fishing bait is going to be a good option until the water starts warming up. If fly-fishing, try fishing slowly with chironomids or leech patterns.
