We Fought Mother Nature Most of The Day
3-27-2019
James Smith
We fought Mother Nature most of the day today. Off colored water and even an occasional spout of rain to finish up with 8 Halibut for our 15 anglers drifting live shiners in the South Bay. Released a dozen or so as well.
I have some room this upcoming week. We plan on sticking with the drift fishing so long as a mix of bait is available.
The California Dawn operates out of Berkeley Marina. We are the the only boat in the bay area with a hot galley. If you would like to go fishing with us please call (510) 417-5557. For more information please visit our website www.californiadawn.com.

Take plenty of extra bait with you because the stealing juvenile crab will eat you alive in certain locations and tides. ...... Read More
