Prado Park anglers have been catching Trout on Night Crawlers, Power Bait and Meal Worms. Prado sells Night Crawlers and Meal Worms at the front gate. We stock the lake on Thursday down by the boat ramp. Fishing is allowed the day we stock.

Best location for fishing has been east of the snack bar and down at the point by Group Picnic.
The County of San Bernardino Regional Parks will hold competitive fishing derbies at their five lakes through the season. Prizes include $500 for first place, $300 for second place and $200 for third place. Twenty-two additional prizes will be awarded for largest trout weighed in. The derbies begin promptly at 7 a.m. and conclude at 1 p.m. Park gates will open at 6 a.m. Participants must have a valid California State fishing license.
