Shogun Sportfishing Fish Report

8-30-2008
Bruce A. Smith

Once again the Shogun is back out this afternoon fishing the local offshore banks. We had just a bit of action, finding a spot of dorado on a kelp and several hookups followed. A few were released and a handful made it into the RSW fish hold. Tomorrow we hope to get into some yellowfin and albacore. We have several on board that are new to offshore fishing and a good tuna stop is sure to be an eye opener to the excitement of fishing tuna. The weather is holding up with late summer calm seas. These short trips offer an example of our long range comfort and service to many who have only fished the smaller boats in the past.
