Capt. Ray Lopez brought home the Calstar gang from their annual 5 day trip and their nice, nice catch of yellowtail. Those fish still had beautiful color and looked like they had just been plucked from the water.
A special jackpot today which included the Abes, a father and son and David Karlin had his son onboard as well :
1st place Bryan Abe 30.2lbs
2nd place David Karlin 27.6lbs
3rd place Curtis Abe 26.2lbs
Everyone have a happy and safe 4th of July - we leave early tomorrow for the 5 day Salas-Tri Art trip

More hard work As we continued the yellowtail mission, mother nature and her furry friends made things extremely difficult at times, but thankfully more hard work from the gang paid off and there were more wins than losses. At times bites were as easy to come by as yesterday and every time you were in the water the opportunity was present. Beautiful weather and good fishing, life is good and now we are heading up the line to see what new stones we can turn...... Read More
