Today was one of those weather days one wishes that they could put in the copy machine and run copies for every day ever spent on the water. Flat calm and very little wind made our time on the ocean a pleasure. Unfortunately fishing conditions were not beneficial for what we had planned, and with no wind and very little current, it was tough to pursue halibut and sea bass as most times that we stopped we could not cover very much ground.

6-10-2016We once again enjoyed steady fishing on yellowtail using all methods from the surface to the bottom. Yesterday it took a while for the tuna to show and today they were on the same timetable but for some reason they were eager to show themselves as they were chipping and boiling all over but it was tough to get a bite.
