Rolling down
Today we made a quick stop in the morning to get familiar with our gear and try for a few yellows. After a few hours of seeing fish and only having a few hit the deck, it was time to move on and being that it's the first day of a eight day the lower latitudes were calling our name. The highlight of the day was this lonely wahoo picked up by Sid uyehara who is officially in the skin club.

The ending of today's story was not exactly a happy ending, but the real effort was there and then some. Most of us as fisherman have all been on the "you should have been here yesterday" side of the spectrum - whether it's for the good or the bad, unfortunately for us we were on the wrong side today. As conditions changed overnight we found out right away it was going to be a toughie and several hours of looking turned...... Read More
