With good reports on bluefin from down below, we couldn't help ourselves and had to try to get in on some of the action. As we all know leaving the dock with good reports just isn't everything. In today's case our timing was a Little off. Keeping busy for most of the day stopping on fish, but all we could come up with was a couple handfuls of good grade 40lb bluefin. With the gang hanging tough and keeping high spirits we are changing locations in hopes of better results.

We started out on the bluefin grounds and saw a little sign right away. We started working up the line and saw some decent batches of fish that really didn't want to bite. We ended up picking fish some big and some small but nothing out of this world. Mid morning a 911 call came from one of our boats down below of a float zone that was logistically out of our realm.
