Capt. Ray Lopez just called tonight to report the rest of the day's events. He said it was an interesting day - that bites were few and far between, but the opportunity was there today to catch the fish of a lifetime. Thirteen fish were caught in all and the cows were as follows:
Cesar Zelaya - 320lbs
Sailor Jack - 307lbs
Marianne Harris - 242lbs
Dane Johnston - 239lbs
Clyde Wickham - 230lber + 217lber
Kevin Varnell - 220lbs
Brian Olmstead - 215lbs
As the conversation wrapped up - also found out that the weather is nice... and the key to success today was time at the rail...
Check back tomorrow and not sure about all the catches above, but know for most of these anglers - it was their personal best.
