This long time group of regulars, with an complimentary addition of newcomers, came home with a nice catch of Yellowfin, Bluefin, Yellowtail and Dorado...and icing on the cake.... great weather on this 7 day.

8-20-2012With another day of good weather we had the chance to go where no man has gone before, at least this season. We found Kelps holding Dorado but most importantly, Good Grade Yelllows and we picked up a couple of BFT for our efforts. We also saw a nice school before daylight that never let us get close to it. Today was our Lucky day - we found a few Kelps right out of the gate this morning that primed the pump. The Yellowfin were school grade fish 14 to 20lb mixed with some Dorado and a few handfuls of Bluefin. The photo of the day is Tim Kimura with the standout BFT of the day. (would really like to find more of those!) This is on the menu for tomorrow's game plan and the forecast looks great so we hope...... Read More
