The dolphin came out to welcome OSU and this fine group of people! The weather is fantastic and the fun begins tomorrow with a day at Isla San Benitos!

2-23-2019It’s time to put the baby to sleep and head for the Cape. We ended up having a good time and decent fishing. We finished up with 12 Yellowfin and 11 Wahoo (Yesterday), and a handful of Yellowfin and Wahoo for our last day. Most of the fish both days were in the 70 to 120 pound range, with one stand-out. Well after a slow day, things did pick up for the next two days. On Monday, Bob “Big Fish” Ramirez, once again, the big man on the boat. Bob was on the kite, when this giant took his kite bait. After a long battle, Bob would win this battle. Bob’s fish weighed in at 266 pounds, so that three giants for big fish Ramirez.
