Royal Polaris Sportfishing Fish Report (second report)
8-17-2008
Royal Polaris Crew
Our weather continues to be wonderful, with a slight breeze out of the northwest and all the sunshine you could ask for. On our way south we stopped on a few kelp paddy's, some had small Yellowtail, while others did pay off some dividends, with Dorado in the 8 to 12 pound catogory. We arrived to San Benitos Island around 17:30 hours, and we did catch a few Yellows. Most of the fish were in the 15 to 18 pound range, with a few going over 20 pounds. We pulled our anchor and started heading south once again, destination unknown.
Tomorrow, we will tell you where we ended up. So wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our upcoming events. The R/p crew (Roy, Dharyl, Billy, Jesus, Aaron, Rafeal, Anthony, and Bill).
