Shogun Sportfishing Fish Report

The local banks weren't too generous with us today. A 2 way jig strike on small albacore started out the morning but no biting schools came our way. There were some scores but it was tough fishing for the fleet so the Shogun has turned toward Guadalupe Island. There were a few kelps along the way this afternoon holding yellowtail and dorado to keep fishing interest up. There has been some action on bigger yellowtail at the Lupe, and the tuna are going to bite any day now. After another great evening meal the troops are rigging up for tomorrow's action.
