Good afternoon folks. We are on our first day of a five day trip and so far not much to report. We are looking on the way down and have gone through some great looking water. Only to find small yellowtail and dorado on kelps. Very few keeper fish. We are headed towards Bonitos and will be there at 4:30 in the afternoon. We are hoping for a shot there before dark. Anything will help.
The weather is back to great and we are enjoying the thought of more to come. West Coast anglers sponsored the trip and we had a great raffle 1st night that included lots of tackle and two fishing rods. Everyone was a winner.
We will report again tomorrow

Taken control of the fight before the yellows know what is happening. When fishing big yellows around structure keep their head up other wise they will find the rocks...... Read More
