Weather conditions: Nice days (approx. 81-86˚) and cool nights (approx. 67-74˚). We’ve had many clear sunny days, along with some windy days.

Water Temperature: 61˚, Water Level: 100% normal, Clarity: Clear to about 4 feet from shore.

Last stock (1,000 pounds) Catfish: Thursday, 10/25/18

Next stock (1,000 pounds) Catfish: Thursday, 11/1/18

Hatchery: Superior Catfish Inc, Arvin, CA (Catfish)

Average size: Most 1.5 – 2.5 pounds. Several caught were in the 6-10 range.

Top Spots of the Week: North Shore, Sandy Point, Inlet

CATCHES OF THE WEEK:

Terry Scott, from Victorville landed a nice 3 fish stringer totaling 26LB with the biggest coming in at 10LB using Night Crawlers on the Finger.

Santiago Palacious, out of La Puente reeled in a 5 fish limit with the largest weighing 8 & 6lb using a combo of Shrimp and Mackerel at North Shore.

Kenneth Miller, from Apple Valley pulled in a solid 8LB cat using Night Crawlers over on Grassy Bank.

James Cantu, from Victorville brought in a nice 6lb catfish, also using Shrimp and Mackerel over by the Inlet.

Bill McDonald, from Laguna Woods pulled in a beautiful 9.2lb catfish using Chicken Liver at the Inlet.

Kody & Nathan Berry, brothers from Hesperia landed a huge stringer of fish coming in at 49lb. The 2 biggest weighing in at 10 and 9.9lb using Shrimp on Sandy Point.

Hector Rodriguez, Angel Garcia, and Ramon Gonzales all out of West Covina reeled in a 9, 8.9, 8, and a 7-pound cat using Night Crawlers on the North Shore.

Jose Macias, from Hesperia pulled in 2 catfish coming in at 7 & 5Lb using Mackerel also on North Shore.
