Still traveling southward not much worthy of fish reporting transpired. It was a calm, fine day; at least traveling in the direction we were. Prepared and poised we look forward to day one on the grounds deploying all the energy and enthusiasm pent up during the past hours, days, weeks, and months. Almost there the time has finally arrived. When that first bait sails out on a tail wind; when that first surge of adrenaline hits as the bait gets hammered and one throws it in gear; all that time in anticipation is erased. The sweet reality of long range fishing paradise is very near.
