Today we had a PENN UNIVERSITY charter sponsored by Penn Reels and Pure Fishing hosted by Steve Carson aka (Sr. Tuna). This was our first shark trip of the season. The bite was wide open at times and by 1 pm the guys were wiped out and tired. We finished the day with 6 of the seven gill cow sharks to a 100 pounds releasing another 6 including a 125 pounder and a 200 pound fish. We also took 5 soup-fin sharks to 75 pounds releasing a few and a leopard. A couple of anglers left with a penn Rod and penn reel part of some products donated by penn.
