We scratched out a day today and it really did not get started until the 13th hour. As a group we where off the fish for the majority of the day, mid afternoon we all spread out and went out trying to relocate the area of fish we had been working on the past few days and at around 1600 we got back on the fish. With basically nothing on board for the day at that point we rallied to put together a day landing 49 mixed Albacore and Yellowfin Tuna to finish out our short 3 day trip, the grade is a very impressive 18 to 50 pounds. All in all it was a good trip with a nice catch of quality tuna which we worked on over a two day period in fantastic flat calm weather. The crew of the Red Rooster would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Glenn Kerr for organizing another outstanding group of fisherman, we will see everyone next year if not sooner.
