AUGUST TROUT PLANTS

The following lakes, reservoirs and ponds, listed by county, will be restocked in August with catchable-size trout from Department of Fish and Game hatcheries:


BAY DELTA REGION

August 4-8: SAN FRANCISCO???Merced Lake, North

August 11-15: NO PLANTS SCHEDULED

August 18-22: NO PLANTS SCHEDULED

August 25-29: SAN FRANCISCO???Merced Lake, North


NORTH CENTRAL REGION:

August 4-8: LAKE???Upper Blue Lake


NORTHERN REGION:

August 4-8: MENDOCINO???Russian River, East Branch

August 25-29: MENDOCINO???Russian River, East Branch

Specific dates are not given so that fishing activity will not be focused right after the time of the plant. Occasionally, operational problems may cause alteration of the schedule.
