Due to conditions in the deep water off of Pt Sur, we had to fish in shallower water.  The wind line was just on the outside of us with 25 knots of south wind with a NW swell.  Captain Brian did a great job putting anglers on the fish in the shallows.  Anglers got limits of rockfish and around 10 lingcod.
