Good evening folks. We arrived at the rocks yesterday after lunch and commenced excellent action on 15 to 22 pound tuna . We started to get a few better fish from 50 to 90 pounds ending the evening with 7 of the better grade tuna. Bait fishing went well with a supply of squid for the next day.

Today we were surprised to see more 50 to 90 pound fish that responded well to the squid on the kites. From day break until 200 in the afternoon we had 45 tuna from 50 to close to 100 pounds and a few in the 25 to 35 pound range. Releasing the smaller fish throughout the day to stay under our Quota. There were plenty of bites fly lining the sardines so the kite was not the only game. After 200 we spent some time trolling and picked up 6 wahoo up to 45 pounds to top off a great second day of fishing.

We are staying and giving it another try tomorrow.

We will report aging now that our connection is back on line Andy Cates
