Good morning folks. We were pleasantly surprised when we rolled in to the Island and found great action on 15 to 20 pound yellows. Surface iron action as well as flyline and dropper loop. As the day continued we scratched at better size yellows up to 42 pounds including 3 white seabass. With nice yellows up until dark we decided to stay and give it another half day before we start to run up. And what a great night sleep it was last night.
So far this morning we have picked of 3 nice halibut and a dozen or so good grade yellows. No seabass yet but it would be nice to throw a few in the mix.
