Shasta Lake Browns and yum yum Bows
3-20-2018
Scott Caldwell
Beautiful day on Shasta Lake with my client John we caught some nice Browns in the morning and some tasty Bbq rainbows in the afternoon, never a bad day being on the water ! Sep's Promaster Dodgers with small spoons lathered in Pro-Cure Carpspit and large thomas buoyant/needlefish spoons lathered up with Bloody Tuna garlic scents trolled on Fins metered spectra back behind the boat 125 feet worked best. We had some nice take downs on Yo-zuri pins minnows but unfortunately they didn't stick. The Lake is in great shape and the weather is how we all like, not hot and not freezing, time to get out an get after it!
