Shasta Lake brown bite holding steady.

Today we fished Shasta Lake for big browns and found a few great ones indeed.  We started with a fast troll Optimizer spoon pattern and our first brown came quickly.  After a short lull in the bite, I switched it up a bit and got our other three browns using that technique.  Bright sun and flat lake water didnt help our bite the rest of our day but a bass and a rainbow blessed us wit h some action before calling it a day.  We have weather coming so lets hope this bite really kicks into gear!
