I HAD A FEW DAYS OPEN UP DUE TO CANCELATIONS AND SCHEDULE CHANGES SO GET A HOLD ME IF YOU WANT TO FEEL THE TUG
3/4, 3/18, 3/23, 3/25, 3/30, and 3/31

The cold hard steel finally decided to show up and being out on the river this past week actually feelt like winter steelhead fishing. We did pretty good the last few days and luck seemed to be on our side. When it comes to fishing I would rather be lucky than good any day. Work hard for your bites and don't get in a rush to be the first boat down the river. The fish are pressured and sometimes it takes 5 passes to get that bite.

We had good success side drifting yarn and eggs this week and was fortunate enough to hook into my first really big steelhead. We hooked a fish that we could not turn or pull off the bottom and ended up riping the hook out but that's why we call it fishing. One of these days I will join the 20 pound club. See you on the river.
