Well , we are finally on our way after 2 months of annual boat maintenance and happy for a change of pace. It's nice just to be off the freeway and in traffic even if we are only going at a speed of 11 knots.

The weather has been as expected, windy and cold for the first day of travel but soon to change as we venture south. Accurate reels is sponsoring the trip, our last long trip of the year. The June Heat trip usually starts with warmer weather but here we are. Tomorrow will be our first day of fishing seminars and rigging with better than 50 Accurate reels and Calstar rods to rig up.>p>

And that will be just the start. With the personal gear from the group it looks to be a long day ending with super glue on all of our hands. As of now we are headed outside but our timing may start us off at Clarion depending on the speed we make tonight.
