Just got a update from the Ultra on a 1 ?? day charter fishing today and they have 3 large yellowtail from 30 to 40 pounds and a bunch of bass still more than ?? of the day left to fish (Thursday June 12).

Just a reminder the Ultra has an open party afternoon ?? day halibut trip leaving Friday at 1:00 pm returning at 7:00 pm. Limited to 12 anglers at $65. Capt Brian Blair will be running this trip. They will be exclusively drifting for halibut. Currently 7 spots open as of Thursday 12:20 pm.

For Friday we have the Patriot running open party ?? day departing at 7am. We will not have a ?? day trip for Saturday, but the Patriot will be running a limited load extended ?? day for Sunday (June 15) departs at 6am returns at 6pm. Limited to 40 anglers at $90. Currently about 20 spots available. The Patriot had their first coastal yellowtail yesterday a nice 30 pound plus fish, congradualtions L'Cena of Huntington Beach(picture above)! They also had barracuda and decent bass fishing. Along with yellowtail starting to show there have been white sea bass showing on the reefs and mixed in with the barracuda.
The bass fishing is pretty good on the ?? day trips too. Capt Robby has been marking lots of bass on all the reefs and they had around 60 bass for 9 anglers on their morning trip this morning. On the Wednesday afternoon ?? day on the Nautilus they had 55 bass for only 11 anglers with over a dozen 4-5 pound bass and a 7 pound calico bass to take top honors. The Nautilus has open party ?? day trips for Friday. Saturday we only have our open party twilight trip on the Nautilus. For Sunday we have an open party afternoon ?? day trip on the Nautilus.

The white sea bass limit goes to 3 fish on Monday June 16. The Amigo with Capt Dan Connelly is running an open party overnight trip. They will be targeting white sea bass and with the moon phase this trip should be a good one. The white sea bass have been large averaging 30 pounds and fish to 50 pounds or more. Limited to 18 anglers at $170 Departs at 9pm.
The Aggressor has an open party overnight for Tuesday departing at 10pm Monday night. Limited to 20 anglers at $150. The Ultra has an open party overnight trip for Thursday June 19 departs 9pm Wednesday night. Limited to 9 anglers at $240. Don't forget Father's Day is on Sunday (June 15).
