Cooler nights are helping to slowly decrease the water temperatures in the lake and pond. As of this report the surface water temperature at the north ramp, south ramp and pond was down to 76 degrees. Lake Camanche was 82% of capacity as of this report with an elevation of approximately 225.16′. Camanche’s releases have been beefed up to approx. 1,657 C.F.S. while receiving 362 C.F.S. from Lake Pardee which was 93% of capacity again at the time of this report. Sunday 9/10 Carrie and Harper Stephens from Salinas were out with their Dad and brought in these big’ol bass weighing in a 3, 4, & 6 lbs. They reported using senko and fishing the main body of the lake.
