Fish Report for 9-14-2017

This is an average size King salmon this year on the Sacramento River. We are seeing some larger fish too, but for now, we'll just have to be happy to have any fish at all!

First drift Sacramento River King!

Today I fished a group of two and caught two limits of King salmon by noon!  The weather changed dramatically today, so it was pleasantly cool all morning.  Fall is definitely in the air and as our Sacramento River King salmon fishing continues, we'll likely be cold in the mornings and should be past the extreme heat of a few weeks ago.  The 23rd, 24th, and 25th are my last avaialble dates for September Sacramento River King salmon so if anyone wants to get out after these river Kings, those are your available dates.  Thank you!
