East Bay Regional Park District
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Pier retrofit is complete, with all new benches, windscreens and cleaning station.
Fishing has been improving, depending on weather impact on water clarity, best fishing is at high tide.
STRIPED BASS
Striper action has been slow with only a few legal size catches.
OTHER SPECIES
A few sharks, bat rays and jack smelt have been caught, also some king fish, though reports of worms in them.
CATCHES REPORTED
One 32 inch halibut was caught in the last week.
