With lots of Yellowtail on the boat Sea Adventure 80 scores 30 plus Yellowfin Tuna on the way up the line. Upper Baja is Rip for the pick-en / Yellows, Dorado, and now Yellowfin Tuna on the banks from 45 to 165 miles from Point Loma.

The fishing options are fantastic! There are many areas to fish! 

Sea Adventure 80 is on the Harvest! It’s time to enjoy some great variety Yellows, Dorado, and YFT!

Tackle tips from the Wheelhouse:

1, 2, 3, Ott Ringed circle hooks

25, 30, 40-pound Floral carbon leader

2 or 3 flat fall jigs

At least one 2 speed reel, backed with 60 to 80-pound spectra and 30, 40, or 50-pound top shot of new line.

3 torpedos sinkers, 2, 3, or 4 oz / with rubber bands.

2 or 3 Mega Baits or other type jig for quick cast outs on a hook-up on the troll.

Camera or cell phone for quick pics, sun glasses, rubber boots, and a light wind breaker jack.

There is only one Sea Adventure 80 boat. But there are imposters so make sure you are getting the Real Sea Adventure 80 / not Fake news or Fake fishing!

We are often imitated but never duplicated. If you are here you are with authentic fish studs.

Parking is easy when you are used to it. Just pull up in from of H&M Landing unload your friends, Rods, Reels, all gear, and fishing stuff. Have your friends pick up the boarding passes from the landing while you park your car in the lot or on the streets adjacent to the landing.

Always bring a photo ID

Please allow an hour and a half for ticketing, tackle needs, and boarding.

Once you are on board please sign in ASAP it helps us a lot for many reasons. It aids in getting our Mexican permits, helps build our US Coast Guard passenger manifest, and get your galley tab and fish tag numbers.

After signing in go grab a nice bunk and put your gear where you want it.

In a short time, the captain will announce “were dropping the lines soon if you’re not going fishing now is the time to say good bye and hoop off the boat. If you know someone that’s not here that is going fishing please call it to a crewmember’s attention right now”.

We have fishermen on board with 40 to 60 years’ experience and novice fishermen that are on their first ocean trip ever.
