Saturday was another productive day of fishing the Channel Islands. A lot of folks came out fishing with us today in hopes of bringing home a bunch of fish, and we didn’t disappoint! Bottom fishing for a variety of fish like Rockfish, Lingcod and Whitefish made up the bulk of today’s catch but there was a few exotics caught. The White Seabass and Yellowtail has been up and down this week with one day we have big numbers and the next only a couple. This is par for the course when it comes to game fish. Lucky for us, we almost always have outstanding bottom fishing! For Sunday we have openings on a ¾ and ½ day trip plus an overnight to the outer islands.
