With the pending heat this week the trout bite has been very slow.  We are still seeing fish brought in, in the early morning and the late afternoon.  Soaking brightly colored power bait is your best bet.

Lake Level    309.4
Surface Temp  68 degrees

Fish Plant: We planted 600 pounds of Rainbow Trout and 600 pounds of Lighting Trout from Mt. Lassen on 5-17-17 at the boat launch.

Park Information
San Pablo Recreation area is open daily for the month of May from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.  Boats have to be off the water at 6:30 p.m. The café is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am – 4:00 p.m. serving Hamburgers Hotdogs and French Fries.
