Taking off in slightly inclement weather we are pleased to report that all is well and sea conditions are far better than expected. Our load of bait appears excellent as we make way south with Cabo San Lucas in our sights. Three days passage will provide plenty of time for the boys to prepare the boat for work before meeting all but one of our group in the modern day fishing Mecca of Los Cabos Wednesday. After that we are outward bound seeking giant yellowfin tuna glory on the high seas. Daily reports will commence now and continue through trip's end with yours truly on the keypad.

On the trip announcement front we have big news to share. We have scheduled three “mini” long range adventures in the beginning of June 2017 offering anglers a rare opportunity to join us on Royal Star for a voyage of only 1 ½ days. These voyages will be all inclusive and are poised to take advantage of the incredible offshore opportunities to catch Pacific Bluefin Tuna in the close vicinity to San Diego. Friday June 2nd – Sunday June 4th , Sunday June 4th – Tuesday June 6th, and Thursday June 8th – Saturday June 10th are the dates scheduled. At a cost of $495, $475, and $475 these all inclusive voyages will be limited to 25 anglers and will feature the professional Royal Star premier long range crew and standard of service that sets our vessel apart.
