Half Day Yellowtail!

Seaforth Staff
Captain Brian aboard the New Seaforth finished with 6 Yellowtail (25-35lbs), 1 Kelp Bass and 1 Sand Bass for their 16 anglers on Thursday morning! Brian said the fish stuck around the boat for about 3 hours and that they were hooking them on fly-lined baits and surface irons!
Half day trips aboard the New Seaforth depart daily at 6am and 12:30pm.

UPDATE 11:15am - Captain Mark Oronoz of the Pacific Voyager has called in with 35 Yellowtail (13-17lbs) on the boat so far with the rest of the day left to fish! Most of these fish are being caught on yo yo jigs, blue/white & scrambled egg colors. The Tribute is scheduled for one and one half day trips fishing Punta Colnett that depart every Friday night at 7pm throughout January and February!
