Trout Fishing

Fishing has been very good the last few weeks. People are catching trout using various power baits , lures, mice tails, bobber beach, scow canyon , main rec, pines are all good areas to yield fish.

Fish Tales

Sandy and JQ employees of Rocky Mountain Recreatiojn caught 2 trout at the Berkeley tower on 10/25/16.
Bill Edrich of Fairfax caught 5 trout using mice tails and power eggs at bobber beach on 10-28-16.
David Jaczyushi of Oakland caught 5 trout in Scow Canyon on 10/29/16 using spoons.
Jennifer and Friend of Fontana caught 8 trout at the mouth of Scow Canyon on 10/29/16.
Uriel L. caught 5 trout using power bait at the pines on 10-30-16.

Park Information

The San Pablo Reservoir Recreation Area is now getting ready to Close for the season on Sunday November 13th November hours being 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and boats needing to be off the water by 3:00 pm. The Boat Launch area is open 7 days a week with snacks, drinks and tackle available.
