Upper Klamath Steelhead on the Fly and Plug
10-21-2016

Ryan and his Dad Sam fished a few different methods on the Upper Klamath and had success on all. Sam worked the fly rod with an indicator and found it to be quite a challenge. These fish are fast and you have to be ready but after a bit practice, Sam got hooked up. Video Ryan stuck with back trolling bait and plugs and landed the big fish of day. Overall, the action was steady throughout the day. Over the next 3 to 4 month the Winter fishing will only get better.
