Seabiscuit nails Santa Rosa Rockfish
3-23-2008
Don Padick
The Seabiscuit with Captains Bob Valney and Terry Hite are happy to be back on the water after many months of hard work in the boat yard. A let me tell you the Seabiscuit is looking superb !. All new super beefy rails and sides are just a few of the many upgrades that have the Seabiscuit shining like new. Nice Job Guys !!!. I jumped on board with brother Aqua for an Easter Sunday overnighter to Santa Rosa Island for some rockfishing and snooping around for anything else. With squid scarce, the water chilly and no sings of the elusive 'you know whats', we headed out to deeper water for some of those big Santa Rosa Reds. We spent the day pulling up a nice variety of quality rockfish with a bunch of nice reds, chuckles and olives, highlighted by brother Aquas' 7 lb grouper that took JP honors for the day. Way to go Bro. Thanks again Captain Bob, Captain Terry and the rest of the Seabiscuit crew for a great trip. The Seabiscuit is online everynight, running out of the newly renovated Captain Hook's Sportfishing. Give them a call at 1-805-382-6233 to get on board.
