Royal Polaris Crew
Hello everyone; The game has changed, but for the better. After a few moves in the morning, we found a good school, and things started looking up for the anglers of the Royal Polaris. With a few Yellowtail hanging for our dropper-loop fisherman, and then the kite would take off. Things started to look up. Most of the Yellowfin were in the 90 to 120 pound range, with most being over the 100 pound mark.
For the rest of the day, we would keep a fish going, and we did have our heartbreak losses. Once the bite slowed, we would have 12 to 15 fish over the hundred pound mark, with 12 or so personnel best for Yellowfin and Yellowtail. With the smell of Ben Gay at dinner, you knew that today was a very good day.
We will try to make a tank of bait for our last day of fishing. Tomorrow will be our last day of fishing, so wish us luck, and we will keep you posted on our daily events. Team R/p.

We did have a bright side, Dennis Eng getting his personnel best Yellowtail and Yellowfin tuna. and yes, he had a few showers today. Most of the Yellowfin were in the 70 to 90 pound category, with the Yellowtail in the 25 to 40...... Read More
