The steelhead weren't biting well we hooked 2 and brought no fish to the net.

Yesterday the river dropped some with light rain to showers most of the day but the steelhead were biting we hooked 8 steelhead brought 6 to the boat and landed 5 steelhead there was 3 down runners and 2 fresh steelhead the big steelhead went 33 inches 14 pounds .

The March rains at this time is bring in more fresh steelhead there is time to fish and I do have openings give us a call.

The Smith River spring steelhead fishing can stay good with spring rains and the Smith stays open through April.

I have gotten a couple of early bookings one for June spring salmon fishing and one for Sept fall salmon fishing on the Klamath River.

There is one more derby at the end of March.

I do have openings in March and in April for spring steelhead.

Give us a call to book your next fishing trip.

I do have other guides working with me to insure you a day on the river.

I am booking Klamath River Spring Salmon trips May 15th through July.

Thank you good fishing.
