Hello everyone; Well weather is about the same, sunny, warm, and calm seas. The fishing was good, but not great, We had to work for every Yellowtail and Yellowfin today. It was us verse the Yellowtail and the bottom. Most of the Yellowtail were in the 25 to 40 pound range.
All the larger Yellowtail won there freedom, by getting to the bottom and rocking our anglers at every chance they had. We would lose a few Yellowfin to anglers using light line (40 pound test), thinking they could win with the 40, but the Yellowfin were in the 70 to 100 pound range, so you know the rest of the story.
So tonight when doing line most went to 60 and 80 pound test. We will try to make a tank of bait tonight and give it the college try again tomorrow. So until then, wish us luck. Team R/p.
