Mark Larson

Captain Cameron aboard the San Diego has called in with 23 yellowfin tuna in the 18-25lb class. He also hooked a couple of fish in the 150-200lb class but unfortunately lost both after some time. The San Diego is going fishing tomorrow regardless of how many people show. This trip departs at 5:30am and does not require a passport.

Capt. Greg aboard the Aztec just in with 19 Bluefin Tuna on the boat and a couple hanging!  He says the fish are all 70-110lbs.

If you are planning on taking a trip to catch a tuna, we recommend having a heavy setup 50# or 60# with some fluorocarbon, flat fall jigs, colt snipers and 4oz torpedo sinkers.  We also recommend a light line setup, 25# in case you run across some smaller fish.
