Hello anglers, Today we departed on our annual Okuma Reels 5 Day trip. Picked up a nice load of bait and cleared the point around 1300. Not sure where we are going to start yet but I will keep you posted. Wish us luck

Excel Checks Back In With Report

Capt Justin checked in from the Excel we are working up from the Ridge and managed some Tuna, Pargo, some Yellowtail. It was never full speed, but the Wahoo kept us busy. We are now at the Yellowtail grounds and thankfully they came back, we had a lot of fun pulling on them and they went after any kind of rig you put in the water. Excel Update

Capt Justin checked in from the Excel as they are headed south on their 8 day Tuna Wars trips, we tried to start off catching the Yellowtail we had been catching the last few trips. But the body of fish we were getting and apparently the have moved on, so we headed even further south and some nice waters around 79 degrees and we have had pretty good Wahoo fishing so far and have around 60 for our efforts.......
